Rates, Services & Booking Top Dog Hotel is licensed by St Edmundsbury Borough Council. The certificate is displayed in the Top Dog Hotel entrance. Unfortunately, Top Dog Hotel cannot accept un-neutered male dogs as guests. This is a condition of our license. Bookings All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. Please read the attached PDF before making an enquiry. It is not possible to make an online booking. We ask that you fill in the online enquiry form (found on the ‘About Us and Contact’ page) and then I will call you to chat with you about your dog, the other guests that may be staying at the time of your booking and to answer any questions you may have of us. Essentially, we need to get to know each other a little and feel happy before a booking is made. |

Our license allows us to accommodate up to 5 dogs in addition to our three so it is essential that your dog is socialised and interacts well with other dogs. In order to ensure that your dog gets along with ours , we ask that you bring your dog for a familiarisation morning or afternoon with us before we confirm the booking (this is of course free of charge) to ensure that the pack will co-habit happily. This also gives you peace of mind. It is not always possible for your dog to meet other guests before their stay so as part of the booking form, we ask you to agree to your dog boarding with others. Rates Top Dog Hotel charges £30 per day throughout the year. We do not increase the rate during school holidays, Christmas or other peak times. If you collect your dog before 10am on the day of departure, there is no charge for that day. We offer a discount of 10% if you bring more than one dog. Additional Services Top Dog Hotel offers a collection and drop off service for your dog if required. Holiday Parking (at Top Dog Hotel in covered cart lodge) and Airport Transfers to all London and local airports. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast the night before or after your flight.
